Manager Dan Gin has been working in hospitality for over 30 years, running many successful business including The Robert Burns Hotel and The Orient Restaurant. He's managed The Savoy Reception & Function Centre for over 15 years.

When he's not managing The Savoy Dan enjoys catching up with family and friends, and is a passionate golfer.
